Instructions for Viewing and Selecting Your Proof Images Online

  1. 1.Go to www.newyorkwest.instaproofs.com

  2. 2.Find your event in the list or, by searching by date, name or location

  3. 3.Select a category to view images in (be sure to view all images in all categories of the event)

  4. 4.You can either view the images as thumbnails OR you can view the images in a slideshow format (see below)

  1. 5.As you view, select your favorite images, to mark which photos you’d like printed for your proofs

  2. 6.You can select your favorites as color only in the slideshow format (see “A” below) OR as color, black-and-white or sepia in the thumbnail option (see “B” below)

  1. 7.As you select your favorites, they will be saved as a new category,
    which you can edit at any time
